- Advanced Laptops (20 units): Intel 13th Generation i5 vPro, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, 15.6-inch FHD display, Windows 11 Pro, 3-year warranty, and includes carry case, combination lock, wireless mouse, and HDMI to VGA converter
- Standard Business Desktops (100 units): Intel i7-13700, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, 19.5-inch monitor, Windows 11 Pro, 3-year on-site warranty, and includes keyboard, mouse, and additional accessories
Mandatory Requirements
Bidders must comply with strict eligibility criteria:
- SITA Accreditation: Only service providers on SITA Contract RFB740 from the Eastern Cape Province are invited to respond. Proof of acceptance must be provided if not on the contract
- CSD Registration: Active registration on the Central Supplier Database
- Tax Compliance: Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status Pin
- SBD 4 Disclosure: Full completion and signing of the Bidder’s Disclosure form, including disclosure of any interest in related enterprises
- Local Content Compliance: Declaration certificate for local production and content, with minimum thresholds of 100% for carry cases and 90% for HDMI cables

Evaluation and Preference Points
Bids will be assessed in two phases. Phase One determines administrative compliance, while Phase Two evaluates on PPPFA and PPR 2022.
