    Comprehensive Scope of Work

    The appointed service provider will deliver catering for the NLC’s Heritage Day celebration at the Mpumalanga Provincial Office in Nelspruit . The menu specifications for 17 delegates include:

    • Starch: Three options including rice, dumpling, and pap
    • Meat: African variety with four meats: Mala-Mogodu, hard body chicken, chicken feet, and lamb stew
    • Vegetables: Two options such as beetroot and spinach/morogo without cream
    • Salads: Chakalaka and potato salad
    • Beverages: 100% fruit juice and fizzy drinks in cans
    • Special Diets: A vegetarian dish must be provided

    • Standard Bidding Documents: Fully completed and signed SBD 1, SBD 4, and SBD 6.1

    Evaluation and Preference Points

    Bids will be assessed using the 80/20 preference point system. Price accounts for 80 points, with 20 points allocated to specific goals including black ownership (8 points), women ownership (4 points), youth ownership (4 points), and disability ownership (4 points).
