Scope of Services and Geographic Focus
The appointed service providers will manage professional transfers and shuttle services for the Department of Tourism. While the mandate covers nationwide operations, bidders should note that the majority of the required shuttle services will be concentrated within the Gauteng Province.
Evaluation and Preference Points
Proposals will be evaluated using the 80/20 preferential procurement system. Eighty points are allocated for price competitiveness, while 20 points are reserved for specific transformation goals. Bids must be submitted on the official Standard Bidding Document (SBD) forms provided in the tender document.
