The Petroleum Agency of South Africa (PASA) has issued an open tender (PASA-T-2027-02) for the provision of comprehensive Travel Management Services. - Management of conference and venue bookings, as well as group travel arrangements.
- Implementation of robust financial management, including monthly invoicing aligned with purchase orders and detailed Management Information System (MIS) reporting on travel expenditure and cost savings.
- Conducting workshops and training sessions for PASA travel bookers to ensure system proficiency and policy compliance.

Evaluation Criteria

The adjudication process utilizes the applicable preference point system (80/20 or 90/10), allocating the majority of points for price competitiveness. The remaining points are awarded for specific transformation goals, such as B-BBEE status level contribution.
