- Window and blind adjustments
- Fence, gate, and exterior fixture repairs
- Emergency call-outs for urgent issues such as leaks, broken locks, or safety hazards
Services must be performed during business hours or as required for emergencies, with a 12-hour response window for critical defects.

- Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration report (not older than 3 months)
- Company registration documents (CIPC)
- Letter of Good Standing from the Department of Employment and Labour
- Completed SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid) and SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest)
- B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- Detailed pricing schedule covering standard, overtime, call-out, and parts markup rates

- 80 points for price competitiveness
- 20 points for specific empowerment goals (Black, women, youth, disability ownership)
