The Perishable Products Export Control Board (PPECB) invites qualified professional service providers to submit quotations for furniture removal services. This strategic one-year contract, with an option to extend for six months, aims to ensure seamless business continuity and access to office space without operational disturbance at the PPECB Centurion facility.
Scope of Services
The scope includes dismantling, safely wrapping, relocating, and assembling all existing furniture and equipment. Services will be performed at the PPECB Centurion office located at Centurion Close, Block A, Unit 1, 119 Gerhard Street, Centurion, Gauteng, 0157.
Service providers must be able to:
- Respond within stated time with total quotations for services required
- Conduct site inspections at no additional cost when necessary
- Provide capable personnel to collect, deliver, dismantle, assemble, package, unpack and sort items
- Provide services within two days of confirmation by PPECB
- Maintain professional conduct with goods and personnel
- Submit payment documentation after services are rendered

Mandatory Compliance Documents Required
Bidders must submit the following documents for their proposal to be considered:
- SBD1 – Invitation to bid
- SBD4 – Bidder’s Disclosure
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or PIN
- Valid B-BBEE Certificate or EME/QSE Affidavit
- SBD6.1 – Preference Point Claim Form
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) Registration Report
Only bidders registered on the CSD will be considered.
Submission Requirements
PPECB mandates strict electronic submission protocols for this Request for Quotation. All proposals and supporting documentation must be submitted via email to SimphiweY@ppecb.com or electronically via Microsoft OneDrive shared with the same email address. Physical or hard-copy submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Evaluation Criteria
Responsive bids will be evaluated based on administrative compliance, proven experience in corporate relocations, and pricing competitiveness. The PPECB reserves the right not to award the tender to any bidder based on a proven poor record of accomplishment in previous projects or unsatisfactory referee reports.
