The Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA) invites qualified service providers to submit proposals for the appointment of a panel to deliver comprehensive cleaning and horticulture services. This strategic 36-month contract aims to maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and environmental aesthetics at PRASA facilities across the KwaZulu-Natal region.
Scope of Services
The successful panel members will be responsible for routine and specialized cleaning, as well as the maintenance of gardens and green spaces at designated PRASA stations and operational workplaces. Providers must demonstrate the capacity to deploy trained personnel, utilize appropriate equipment, and adhere to strict occupational health and safety regulations.
Compulsory Briefing Session
Attendance at the pre-tender briefing session is strictly mandatory. Bidders who fail to attend and sign the attendance register will be automatically disqualified from the evaluation process.
