- Two (2) Backhoe Loaders: Versatile machines with a loader bucket capacity of 0.2m³, maximum digging depth of 240mm, and a 42kW 4-cylinder diesel engine
- One (1) 5t Dropside Water Body: A 4×2 truck with a diesel engine, dropside body, reflective tapes, spare wheel lock, amber warning light, and fire extinguisher
- One (1) 6m³ Tipper Truck: Diesel-powered tipper with a 3m³ bak, hydraulic cylinder, and automatic transmission suitable for continuous rural and urban operation
- One (1) Double Cab Diesel Fire Brigade Vehicle: Fitted with an ultra-high pressure skid unit (UHPSU) with a 600-litre water tank, foam proportion system, and two hose reels

Technical and Compliance Requirements
- All vehicles must strictly adhere to NAAMSA classifications and specifications
- Vehicles must be new (not demo models) with corrosion protection for at least three years
- The vehicle make must have an approved aftermarket workshop within the Northern Cape Province boundary
- Delivery must be to the municipality at 10 Hanau Street, Carnarvon
- The service provider must provide training to municipal staff
- Vehicle registration and licensing costs must be included in the initial price
- All vehicles must be white with Kareeberg signage and a minimum of two complete sets of keys
