The National Lotteries Commission (NLC) invites qualified catering service providers to submit quotations for an Education and Awareness Workshop at Maviljan Community Hall, Bushbuckridge, Mpumalanga. This Request for Quotation (RFQ2026-005-018) supports community outreach initiatives requiring professional catering for 150 delegates on 10 June 2026.
Scope of Catering Services Required
Bidders must provide pre-packaged lunch services including:
- Two starch options: Pap and Rice
- Two protein options: Roasted/Grilled Chicken and Beef Stew
- Two salads: Potato Salad and Chakalaka
- Two vegetable options: Pumpkin and Creamy Spinach
- Bottled still water (SANBWA compliant) and assorted soft drinks or 100% fruit juice

- Email submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances
- Bidders must bring own cutlery, crockery, table linens, and manage post-event waste removal
