This prestigious annual event celebrates the excellence of women operating within the Southern African construction sector, breaking stereotypes and promoting professional growth.

The 2026 awards feature 16 distinct categories divided into Projects, Business, and Individual groups. Key accolades include:
- Project Delivery Excellence of the Year
- Woman-owned Construction Entity of the Year
- Rural Project of the Year
- Exceptional Woman in Construction Contributor of the Year
Eligibility and Project Timelines
To qualify, entrants must be women-owned individuals or businesses active in the Southern African construction industry. Projects entered must have been fully completed between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2025, delivered on time, within budget, and in strict adherence to health and safety regulations. Notably, any individual or entity may enter a maximum of two categories per year.
Mandatory Compliance and Documentation
All applicants must meet strict administrative requirements, including:
- Active registration with the cidb (where applicable).
- Full disclosure of B-BBEE status for companies.
- A signed declaration from the client for project entries.
- A completed and signed Entry Declaration form.
Submission Guidelines and Event Details
Entries can be submitted via the official online portal or by emailing completed forms and supporting documents to the awards committee. The prestigious awards gala will be hosted in mid-to-late August to align with Women’s Month.
