The Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) invites qualified service providers to apply for appointment to a panel of five (5) events management service providers. This 12-month contract, referenced as HSRC/03/2026/27, supports the Council’s national research and stakeholder engagement activities through professional event delivery.
Eligibility and Submission Requirements
- Open-tender process available to all compliant South African service providers
- Providers must demonstrate proven experience in end-to-end events management
- Submissions must align with HSRC’s procurement policies and Public Finance Management Act requirements
- Panel members may be called upon as needed throughout the contract period
