Scope of Work
Scope of Work includes:
- Secure local hosting (HTML, PHP, MySQL) with SSL certificate (supplier-provided)
- 24/7 monitoring against DDOS attacks
- Daily website backups (stored for 3 months before overwriting)
- Monthly Google Analytics reports (visitors, page views, sessions, bounces, search words)
- Technical support (bug fixes, security incidents resolved within 24 hours)
- Content management & uploading (documents within 24 hours, Mon-Fri)
- Graphic design services (2 hours per month x 36 months)
- Account manager / liaison officer (quarterly meetings)
- Disaster recovery facility
- Uncapped data limit, server response speed B+ or better (0-220ms)

- Proposals should include comprehensive maintenance, security monitoring, and uptime guarantees
