- 44 x 30
- 46 x 20
Mandatory requirement: Bidders must provide brochures with clear pictures and product details/specifications of the items offered.
Mandatory Documentation Requirements

- Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration report
- Valid BBBEE certificate or Sworn Affidavit (for specific goal point claims)
- Signed SBD 4 Bidder’s Disclosure form
- Signed SBD 6.1 Preference points claim form (Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022)
- Signed Appendix A – Non-Disclosure Agreement
Failure to submit any required document may result in disqualification.
Preference Points System (80/20)
The 80/20 preference point system applies, with points allocated as:
Price: 80 points – lowest acceptable price scores maximum points
Specific Goals: 20 points distributed based on ownership categories:
- Black ownership (up to 10 points based on percentage: 100% = 10 pts, 75-99% = 8 pts, 60-74% = 6 pts, 51-59% = 4 pts, 0-25% = 2 pts)
- Black women ownership (up to 6 points based on percentage)
- Persons with disability ownership (up to 4 points based on percentage)
Only bidders submitting quotations per scope of work will be evaluated on price and specific goals.
Quotation Pricing Requirements
The quotation must include:
- Hourly rates (if applicable)
- Delivery costs to SABS Groenkloof
- Transportation costs
- Fixed pricing (with forward cover provisions for foreign currency involvement)
All prices must be inclusive of all applicable costs.
Important Contract Conditions
- Quotations valid for 120 days from closing date (SABS may extend by 60 days with written notice)
- No advance or upfront payments – payment only upon satisfactory delivery
