Tender Overview and Branding Scope
The RFQ seeks a partner to supply branded items for theatre events and promotions. All items must feature the theatre’s logo, provided upon appointment. Delivery is required at Corner John Kani Road and Winston Ntshona Street, Gqeberha.
Required Items and Specifications
Bidders must quote for:
- 10 x Stretch fitted table cloths
- 2 x Executive pull-up banners (1000 x 2000mm) with systems
- 2 x Pop-up banners (700 x 1500mm, double-sided)
- 1 x Wall banner (4500 x 2250mm) with system
- 2 x S-banners (2000 x 900mm) complete
- 2 x Customized hand booths and table cloths
- 1 x Outdoor logo mat (2000 x 1500mm)
- 5 x Branded 25-litre swing bins
Mandatory Compliance Documentation
Proposals require:
- Valid CSD registration with MAAA number
- Completed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms

Evaluation and Preference Point System
Assessment uses the 80/20 system:
- 80 points for price competitiveness
- 20 points for specific goals including youth, women, black ownership, disability, and Eastern Cape locality
