Project Scope: Clear View High Security Fence Installation
The successful contractor will be responsible for the complete supply, delivery and commissioning of Clear View high security fencing at the Jankempdorp Community Health Centre. The scope includes all materials, labour, equipment and supervision required to deliver a compliant, durable fencing solution that meets provincial healthcare security standards.
Core project requirements:
- Supply and install Clear View high security fencing as per technical specifications in Annexure A1 and A2
- Ensure all work complies with relevant South African National Standards and municipal by-laws
- Complete commissioning and handover within the contract period specified
- Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Provide regular progress reports to the Department’s appointed project manager
Mandatory Eligibility and Compliance Requirements
Prospective bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) at www.csd.gov.za. Registration is compulsory, and bidders must submit a full CSD report with their bid proposal. Failure to provide CSD registration proof will render the bid non-responsive.
