The Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) invites suitably qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the provision of supply and delivery of stationery at King Shaka International Airport. The contract will run for a period not exceeding thirty-six (36) months.
ACSA Seeks Stationery Supplier for King Shaka Airport
ACSA is a State-Owned Company responsible for operating South Africa’s major airports. King Shaka International Airport in Durban requires a reliable stationery supplier to support its daily operations and administrative functions.
Scope of Work and Product Range
The successful bidder will be required to supply and deliver a wide range of stationery items including:
- Rulers, erasers and correction tape
- Prestik and glue sticks
- Counter books and notebooks
- Sticky notes and flags
- Staplers and staples
- Scissors and drawing pins
- Packaging tape and double-sided tape
- Ballpoint pens, rollerball pens and gel pens
- Pencils and highlighters
- Permanent markers
- Batteries
- Arch files and file cubes
- Staplers and staple removers
- Wireless red laser pointers
Mandatory Requirements for Bidders
Bidders must submit the following mandatory documents:
- Completed and signed SBD 1 form
- Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN from SARS
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration
- Completed SBD 4 Bidder’s Disclosure Form
- Completed SBD 6.1 Preference Points Claim Form
- Completed SBD 3.3 Pricing Schedule
- Declaration of Interest and Politically Exposed Persons Form
- Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement
- Valid B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit
Price and Preference Point Evaluation
The 80/20 preference point system will apply, with 80 points allocated for price and 20 points for specific goals. Preference points will be awarded for B-BBEE Status Level (1-8), Black youth majority-owned entities, Black women majority-owned entities and companies majority owned by people with disabilities.
Key Submission Requirements
Bidders must note:
- The bid document must be completed and signed by an authorised person
- Each page must be signed or stamped by the bidder
- Email submissions must be broken into at least four attachments of 4MB each
- The offer must remain valid for 120 business days from the closing date
- Bidders may not email their submission as one large attachment

Submit your completed quotation via email to acsarfq@airports.co.za before 25 September 2026 at 13:00. Bids sent to any other email address will not be considered. Late submissions will not be accepted.
