Scope of Work
The successful bidder will execute comprehensive fire protection upgrades. Key deliverables include:
- Installing new automated fire detection and suppression systems.
- Safely decommissioning, handling, and legally disposing of existing systems.
- Ensuring all work complies with SANS 10400-T, SANS 10139, and SANS 14520 standards.
- Utilizing technicians registered with the South African Qualification & Certification Committee (SAQCC Fire).

Attendance at the virtual pre-tender briefing is strictly mandatory. Bidders who fail to attend and register will be automatically disqualified from the evaluation process.
