The Air Traffic and Navigation Services Company Limited (ATNS) invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the repair, upgrade, and maintenance of a private road at the Victoria West VOR site. This strategic infrastructure project aims to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant access to critical aviation navigation facilities in the Northern Cape.
Scope of Work
The successful bidder will execute comprehensive road construction and maintenance tasks. Key deliverables include:
- Upgrading an existing 2km gravel road to a concrete road service with a width of 2.5 meters.
- Constructing two 750-meter passing bays to allow safe vehicle maneuvering.
- Building a compacted base layer using granular materials to support the concrete slab.
- Clearing, grading, and ensuring proper drainage to prevent water damage.

Attendance at the pre-tender site inspection is strictly mandatory. Bidders who fail to attend and sign the official register will be automatically disqualified from the evaluation process.
