- Installation and Commissioning: Full installation, acceptance testing, and site preparation
- Maintenance: Responsive and preventive maintenance services, including a 5-year comprehensive extended warranty option
- Training: User training for clinical staff and maintenance training for technicians

Key equipment requirements include:
- Size: Length between 127-203 cm, width between 76-102 cm
- Weight Capacity: Up to 250 kg
- Safety Features: Central locking system, side rails, and secure patient restraints
- Accessories: Integrated IV poles and trapeze bars
- Infection Control: Easy-to-clean surfaces with antimicrobial coatings

Mandatory Submission Requirements

Evaluation Criteria
The bid will be assessed in four stages. Bidders must achieve a minimum of 50 out of 70 points in the functionality evaluation to proceed to the price and specific goals stage. The 80/20 preference point system will apply.
