Detailed Service Specifications
The service provider is required to provide:
Ambulance Services:
- One fully equipped ambulance on site for the duration of the event
- Two Paramedics / Emergency Care Practitioners registered with HPCSA
- Treatment includes stabilization with allowance for transportation to the nearest government or private hospital from the venue
- Medical emergency management including fainting, dehydration, injuries, allergic reactions, or more serious conditions
Mandatory Compliance and Requirements
Bidders must ensure their medical personnel hold valid, current HPCSA registration. All quotations must be submitted with the required Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) and signed security measure acknowledgments to ensure strict compliance with the RAF’s operational protocols.
Strict Electronic Submission Protocols
In alignment with RAF’s procurement policies, all quotation responses and supporting documentation must be emailed directly to the designated procurement address. Hard copies, faxed, or late submissions will not be considered under any circumstances. The RFQ validity period is 30 days from the closing date.
