Scope of Supply

- SBD 4: Declaration of Interest (must be fully completed and signed)

Other Requirements:
- Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN
- CSD registration (tax matters must be compliant before final award)
- Banking details must be verified
- All items must be priced (failure to price an item will be considered as offered at no cost)
Evaluation Requirements
Quotations will be evaluated in three phases:
- Compliance with all product specifications.
- Administrative compliance, including CSD registration and submission before the closing date.
- Evaluation using the 80/20 preference point system, with points allocated for price and specific goals.
The RFQ also awards specific goal points for women-owned, youth-owned and disability-owned businesses.
