Compliance and Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on administrative compliance, pricing, and specific goals. Bidders must submit a fully completed declaration of interest (SBD 4), the official NLC pricing schedule, and proof of valid Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration. Joint ventures must include a signed agreement.
