Service Requirements

- Deliver fuel to CMS offices as and when required
- Deliver within 24 hours after an order is placed
- Deliver within 6 hours in an emergency (extended power outages)
- Have an after‑hours accessible emergency number
- Comply with emergency management standards (Health & Safety, Security, Environment) including providing a fire extinguisher, spillage kit, and cleaning of spillage
Key Submission Requirements
- Quotations must be submitted on company letterhead
- Valid tax compliance status and CSD registration required
- Proof of relevant fuel supply experience preferred
- All pricing must be quoted in South African Rand, VAT-inclusive
Eligibility and Compliance Criteria
Bidders must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and maintain tax compliance throughout the contract period. Suppliers should have demonstrable experience in bulk fuel logistics and adherence to South African fuel quality and safety standards.
