This once-off procurement covers comprehensive legal services including contract review, regulatory compliance advice, dispute resolution support, and legislative interpretation aligned with the National Heritage Resources Act and related statutes. Price accounts for 80 points; specific goals including B-BBEE status contribute 20 points.
