Pricing is set at 2.5% over 12 months, with funding capped at bridgeable milestones to manage risk exposure.
Qualifying Criteria for Applicants
Applications must demonstrate:
- Minimum 51% black ownership
- Valid SARS tax clearance and good standing
- Secured dtic grant commitment
- Letter of intent from a completion guarantor
- Independent sales estimates supporting revenue projections
- Producer/director fee deferral as equity contribution
