- Dashboard spray, floor polish & stripper, mops, brooms, cleaning rags

Mandatory Returnable Documents (Checklist)
Bidders must attach the following to Item 19 (Compulsory Documents) :
- ID documents of all equity owners (directors only for companies)
- Company registration forms
- Certified copy of director’s municipal account (preceding month)
- Proof of signatory authority (board resolution)
- Original or certified SANAS-accredited B-BBEE certificate or valid sworn affidavit
- Proof of locality (municipal account or valid lease/affidavit) – see MBD 6.1
- Tax compliance status on CSD (provide CSD number)
- Proof of experience – delivery of cleaning material in bulk for ≥12 months within last 36 months (contactable references or appointment letters)
Evaluation and Preference Points
Bids will be evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system: 80 points for price competitiveness and 20 points for specific goals, including black ownership, women-owned enterprises, youth participation, and local economic development criteria.
Contract Duration and Delivery
The successful bidder will enter a contract running until 30 June 2029. Delivery must be made to 15 Main Road, Vredenburg, 7380, with adherence to agreed schedules and quality specifications.
