Technical Specifications and Pricing
Quotations are required for standard sign sizes (190x190mm, 290x290mm, 440x440mm) and specialized dimensions (500x500mm, 1000x5000mm). Pricing must be fixed, inclusive of VAT, and account for all delivery costs to the specified Pretoria address.
Evaluation and Preference Points
Proposals will be evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system. Eighty points are allocated for price competitiveness, with twenty points awarded for specific goals related to BBBEE status. Only bids meeting all mandatory administrative and technical requirements will proceed to final evaluation.
