Quotations must be submitted exclusively via the National Treasury e-Tender Portal by 12:00 on Thursday, 23 April 2026. All pricing must include VAT, and submissions require official company letterheads with clearly specified brand names. Suppliers must be CSD-registered and provide valid B-BBEE certification or sworn affidavits.
Evaluation and Preference Points
Evaluation follows the 80/20 preference point system: 80 points for price, 20 for specific goals promoting SMMEs and black-owned enterprises. Johannesburg Water reserves the right to accept any quotation in whole or part, prioritizing value and compliance.
