Product Specifications and Delivery Requirements
Bidders must supply IT device accessories meeting NRWDI specifications, including peripherals, connectivity equipment, and computing support items. Key requirements include:
- Firm pricing inclusive of VAT, valid for 60 working days from closing date
- Delivery to 3rd Floor, Building X, Necsa Offices, Elias Motsoaledi Street Extension, R104 Pelindaba, Hartbeespoort, 0240 before 30 April 2026
- All items must be new, unused, and sourced from reputable manufacturers
- Quotations must include sufficient technical information to demonstrate compliance with specifications
Eligibility and Submission Criteria
Prospective bidders must demonstrate:
- Valid registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Completed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD 4, SBD 6.1)
- Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN printout
- B-BBEE verification certificate or sworn affidavit for preference point allocation
- Proof of supply capability and relevant reference letters from similar contracts
Pricing and Evaluation Framework
Quotations for orders above R30,000 will be evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system:
- 80 points allocated for price competitiveness (firm, VAT-inclusive pricing required)
- 20 points allocated for specific goals, including black ownership and women ownership criteria
- All prices must include delivery costs to the designated Pelindaba facility
