Product Specifications and Requirements
Bidders must supply electrical materials meeting JCPZ specifications as detailed in the tender documentation. Key requirements include:
- Firm pricing inclusive of VAT, valid for 30 days from closing date
- Delivery to 12 Glencoe Road, Springfield, Rosettenville, Johannesburg, 2000 within agreed lead times

- B-BBEE verification certificate or sworn affidavit for preference point allocation
- Proof of supply capability and relevant reference letters from similar contracts
Pricing and Evaluation Framework
Quotations will be evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system under the Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022:
- 80 points allocated for price competitiveness (firm, VAT-inclusive pricing required)
- 20 points allocated for specific goals, including black ownership and women ownership criteria
- All prices must include delivery costs to the designated Johannesburg facility
