Air Traffic and Navigation Services Company Limited (ATNS), South Africa’s leading air navigation service provider, has issued a Request for Quotation for the appointment of a service provider to deliver mobile team-building facilitation for its Eco-Aviators Programme workshop.
About the ATNS Eco-Aviators Programme
The Eco-Aviators initiative promotes environmental awareness and sustainability within aviation. ATNS seeks an experienced facilitator to design and deliver interactive, professionally aligned team-building activities that reinforce these values among 30 adult participants in a corporate aviation environment.
Scope of Services Required
Service providers must deliver a complete 4-hour facilitated programme that includes:
- An environmental awareness-focused energiser or icebreaker (10–20 minutes)
- Two or more interactive team challenges with clear sustainability learning outcomes
- At least one scheduled comfort break
- A closing reflection session linking workshop insights to workplace behaviours
- Event photography and on-site equipment setup coordination
Submission Requirements
Bidders must submit:
- A completed SBD1, SBD4, and SBD6.1 forms
- Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN or CSD number
- BBB-EE certificate or sworn affidavit
- CIPC registration documents
- Quotation on company letterhead aligned to ATNS pricing schedule
- Proof of CSD registration
Evaluation Criteria Overview
Proposals will be evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system:
- Price accounts for 80 points
- Specific goals (51% Black-owned and 30% Black woman-owned suppliers) account for 20 points
- Administrative compliance is mandatory for consideration

Important Conditions for Bidders
- The entire pricing schedule must be fully completed. Failure to complete all line items will render the bid non-responsive.
- Bidders must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) prior to award.
- A complete and signed Declaration of Interest (SBD 4) and Invitation to Bid (SBD 1) must be submitted.
- All delivery costs must be included in the bid price.
- The General Conditions of Contract must be accepted.
