Mandatory Registration Requirements
Bidders must be registered on the National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database with valid tax compliance status. All medical practitioners must provide current registration proof from relevant councils including SANC, HPCSA, or AHPCSA. Disability ownership claims require medical certification from HPCSA-registered practitioners.
Evaluation and Preference Points
Quotations will be assessed using the 80/20 preference point system. Eighty points are allocated for pricing competitiveness, while twenty points reward specific goals including Black ownership, women-owned enterprises, disability inclusion, and youth participation. Applicants must substantiate all preference claims with certified documentation.
