Submission Requirements

- Late submissions will not be considered under any circumstances
- All pricing must be VAT-inclusive and quoted in South African Rand

Evaluation Criteria
The RAF will apply the 80/20 preference point system for this procurement. Evaluation occurs in two phases: mandatory requirements verification, followed by price and specific goals assessment. Points for Preferential Procurement Specific Goals include HDI ownership (10 points) and women ownership (8 points), verified through the Central Supplier Database.
