    Postbank Invites Quotations for Supply of 15,000 Branded T-Shirts

    Postbank SOC Limited has issued a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under reference number RFQ 36/2025 for the supply of 15,000 branded t-shirts to support its national marketing and staff engagement initiatives. The order specifies seven sizes, full-colour branding in multiple locations, and strict compliance with Postbank’s corporate identity guidelines. Submissions must be emailed by 11:00 on Thursday, 26 February 2026, to rfq.procurementvm@postbank.co.za with a copy to Lihle.Cindi@postbank.co.za.

    This is a time-sensitive opportunity with a narrow response window—suppliers are urged to act promptly and ensure full compliance.

    Scope of Work: High-Volume Branded T-Shirt Production

    The successful service provider will supply:

    • 15,000 short-sleeve, round-neck t-shirts (150 gsm, with full side seams), distributed as follows:
      • XS: 1,000
      • S: 2,000
      • M: 3,000
      • L: 3,000
      • XL: 3,000
      • XXL: 2,000
      • 3XL: 1,000
    • Branding requirements:
      • Full-colour print (minimum 5 colours)
      • Logos printed on three positions: top left chest, front centre, and full back
      • Exact colour matching to Postbank’s official Corporate Identity (CI) palette (to be shared upon award)
    • Delivery: All items must be delivered within 10 days of appointment to the National Postal Centre, Pretoria.

    Mandatory Submission Requirements

    To be considered, quotations must include:

    • A completed cost breakdown with firm, VAT-inclusive pricing per size and total
    • Valid SARS Tax Compliance PIN or clearance certificate
    • Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
    • B-BBEE Certificate or sworn affidavit (Level 1–8 or EME/QSE)
    • Two (2) signed reference letters (not older than 6 months) confirming successful delivery of similar branded apparel within the last 2 years
    • Completed Standard Bidding Documents: SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim)

    Quotations must be submitted exclusively via email—no hard copies, faxes, or postal submissions will be accepted.

    Evaluation Criteria: 80/20 Preferential Procurement System

    Quotations will be scored using the 80/20 system:

    • 80 points: Price (lowest compliant quote = 80; others scored proportionally)
    • 20 points: Specific Goals, including Black, women, youth, disability, and military veteran ownership

    Only complete, responsive, and compliant submissions will be evaluated.
