The coffee shop will occupy a dedicated 67-square-metre space inside the Glodina Factory Shop, strategically positioned to capture:

  • Visitors from nearby businesses in the Hammarsdale industrial corridor

Scope of Operation: Full Coffee Shop Setup and Management

The selected operator will be responsible for:

  • Designing and equipping the coffee shop in line with brand standards and space constraints
  • Providing a menu featuring specialty coffee, light meals, pastries, and beverages
  • Managing daily operations, staffing, inventory, and customer service
  • Ensuring compliance with all food safety, health, and municipal regulations
  • Maintaining a clean, inviting, and professionally branded environment

Proposals should include a visual layout sketch, equipment plan, sample menu, and operational model.

Eligibility: Franchises, Independent Operators, and Catering Enterprises Welcome

Glodina encourages submissions from:

  • Established coffee shop franchises (e.g., Xpresso Café, Fego Café, or similar)
  • Independent entrepreneurs with proven café or catering experience
  • Catering businesses seeking to expand into retail food service

Applicants must demonstrate operational capacity, financial sustainability, and a commitment to quality service. Proof of safe food handling credentials, relevant certifications, and prior project experience is required.
