All portions must be sufficient for 17 people, served in a professional and hygienic manner at the Bhunga Building, Corner of Owen Street and Nelson Mandela Drive, Mthatha CBD. The menu reflects local culinary heritage while ensuring balanced, dignified hospitality for a national heritage institution.

- A completed pricing schedule with itemised costs (per unit and total) inclusive of VAT
- Valid SARS Tax Compliance PIN
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration number (36-digit format)
- B-BBEE Certificate or sworn affidavit (if applicable)
- Declaration confirming no directors are listed on the National Register for Tender Defaulters

Evaluation Criteria: 80/20 Preferential Procurement System
Quotations will be evaluated using the 80/20 Preferential Procurement system:
- 80 points: Price (lowest compliant quote receives full points)
- 20 points: Specific ownership goals, including:
- Black ownership (max 10 pts)
- Women ownership (4 pts)
- Youth ownership (18–35 years, 2 pts)
- Disability ownership (2 pts)
- Military veteran ownership (2 pts)
Only complete, responsive, and compliant submissions will be scored. Preference claims must be supported by documentation.
