    ATNS Head Office Building Tender 2026: 7-Year Lease

    The Air Traffic and Navigation Services Company Limited (ATNS) has re-advertised a strategic Request for Proposal (ATNS/RFP01/07/2026/27/HO-OFFICE-ACCOMOD-Gen-2013-1) for the appointment of a service provider to lease a head office building. This comprehensive, turnkey procurement initiative encompasses space planning, interior design, architectural and engineering services, retrofitting, municipal approvals, and overall project management to establish a modern, efficient, and compliant corporate headquarters.

    Scope of Services

    The successful bidder will deliver an end-to-end property and facility management solution. Key deliverables include:

    • Sourcing and securing a suitable lease agreement for ATNS head office accommodation.
    • Comprehensive space planning and innovative interior design tailored to corporate operational needs.
    • Full architectural and engineering services, including structural assessments and retrofitting.
    • Management of all necessary municipal approvals and zoning compliance.
    • End-to-end project management to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of the facility.

    Compulsory Virtual Briefing

    Attendance at the compulsory briefing session is strictly mandatory. Failure to attend and register will result in the immediate disqualification of the proposal. The session is scheduled for Wednesday, 21 October 2026, at 12:00 (CAT). It will be hosted virtually via Microsoft Teams.

    Mandatory Compliance Requirements

    To be considered responsive, bidders must submit a stringent compliance package demonstrating corporate and technical capability. Essential documentation includes:

    • A valid Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration report with an active MAAA status.
    • A current SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN.
    • A valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
    • Verifiable proof of relevant industry experience in commercial property leasing, architectural design, and large-scale project management.

    Submission Guidelines

    All proposals and accompanying documentation must be submitted exclusively via the National Treasury e-Submission portal. Hard copy, faxed, or emailed submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances. The strict closing time for receipt of submissions is 14:00 on Thursday, 19 November 2026.
