Scope of Work

- Various office chairs (midback operators, drafting, heavy-duty leather, and classical high-back chairs)
- Visitor chairs and ergonomic cashier stools
- 3-Seater reception benches
- Executive desks and panel leg office desks
- Boardroom tables
- Lockable cabinets and 4-drawer filing cabinets
- High-density mobile filing systems (7-bay, 5-bay, and 3-bay units)
- Lockers and waste bins
- Bar fridges, top mount fridges, microwaves, and pedestal fans
Functionality Evaluation Criteria
Bidders must achieve a minimum of 70 points on functionality to qualify for further evaluation. The criteria include:
- Appointment Letters and References (50 points): At least 7 appointment letters with reference letters for maximum points
- Proof of Access to Suitable Transport (30 points): Up to 30 points for three delivery vehicles of at least 5 tons each
- Technical Specifications (20 points): Brochure with images and technical descriptions for at least 20 items
Specific Goals (Preference Points)
The 80/20 preference point system applies, with 20 points allocated for specific goals. Points are awarded for:
- 100% Black Person owned (4 points)
- People or businesses residing in Lepelle-Nkumpi Local Municipality (4 points)
- 100% Women owned company (4 points)
- 100% Disability owned company (4 points)
- 100% Youth owned company (4 points)

Mandatory Requirements
