This strategic five-year contract ensures uninterrupted public access to critical civil aviation information via the World Wide Web.
Scope of Work and Domain Ownership
The appointed partner will provide comprehensive website hosting, maintenance, and technical support. A critical stipulation in the Terms of Reference is that the domain name must remain registered in the name of SACAA as the legal registrant. The service provider is strictly prohibited from registering or retaining ownership of the domain.
Mandatory Compliance and Submission
Bidders must submit neat, bound documents, as SACAA will not be held responsible for lost submissions. Proposals must be placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bid reference number and deposited in Tender Box 1 at the SACAA head office foyer.
