Submission Guidelines and Validity Period
Quotations must be submitted electronically by 11:00 on Friday, 01 May 2026. All offers must remain valid for 60 days from the closing date. Pricing should be firm, VAT-inclusive where applicable, and submitted on official company letterhead.

Bids undergo a three-stage evaluation: administrative compliance, mandatory technical requirements, then price and specific goals assessment using the 80/20 preference point system. ATNS reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation.
