This Request for Quotation (RFX 60000003363) targets established wellness providers capable of delivering holistic support solutions that enhance staff wellbeing, productivity, and organisational resilience at Sentech’s Radiokop facility in Johannesburg.
Employee Wellness Service Requirements
The appointed service provider will deliver a comprehensive EAP solution including:
- 24/7/365 confidential counselling call centre with qualified professionals
- Telephone counselling, trauma debriefing, and crisis intervention services
- Legal advice and financial counselling for employees and immediate family members
- Management consultations and workplace conflict resolution support
- Team building workshops and wellness events to promote mental health awareness
- Regular reporting, benchmarking, and programme effectiveness analysis
Eligibility and Submission Criteria
Bidders must demonstrate:
- Valid registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Proven experience in delivering corporate EAP or employee wellness programmes
- Qualified counsellors, psychologists, and support staff with relevant certifications
- Completed Standard Bidding Documents and Sentech Supplier Consent Form
- Valid tax compliance status and B-BBEE verification certificate
Evaluation and Preference Points
Proposals will be evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system. Technical capability, service methodology, and staff qualifications are assessed before price evaluation. Specific goals allocation includes points for black ownership, women ownership, youth involvement, and disability inclusion.
