    ARC Invites Quotations for Branded Promotional Materials Supply

    The Agricultural Research Council (ARC) has issued a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under reference number ISC01REQ002871 for the supply and delivery of branded banners to its NRE Campus in Weavind Park, Pretoria. The banners will be used for internal communications, events, and stakeholder engagement, and must incorporate official ARC branding as specified in the tender documentation. Submissions must be emailed by 16:00 on Friday, 30 January 2026.

    This is a time-sensitive opportunity with a narrow response window—suppliers are urged to act promptly and ensure full compliance.

    Scope of Supply: High-Quality Branded Banners

    The successful supplier will deliver:

    • Roll-up banners (800mm x 2000mm) – 10 units
    • X-frame banners (800mm x 1800mm) – 10 units
    • Outdoor vinyl banners (1200mm x 3000mm) – 5 units

    All banners must:

    • Be printed in full colour, high resolution (300 DPI)
    • Include official ARC logos (provided in the annexures)
    • Feature durable, weather-resistant materials suitable for indoor and outdoor use
    • Come with carrying cases for roll-up and X-frame banners

    Final artwork must be approved by ARC prior to production.

    Mandatory Submission Requirements

    To be considered, quotations must include:

    • A completed pricing schedule with unit price, VAT (15%), and total amount
    • Valid SARS Tax Compliance PIN or tax clearance certificate
    • Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
    • B-BBEE Certificate or sworn affidavit (required to claim preference points)
    • Completed Standard Bidding Documents: SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim)
    • Sample images or portfolio of similar banner work

    Quotations must be submitted exclusively via email—no hard copies, faxes, or postal submissions will be accepted.

    Evaluation Criteria: 80/20 Preferential Procurement System

    Quotations will be scored using the 80/20 system:

    • 80 points: Price (lowest compliant quote = 80; others scored proportionally)
    • 20 points: Specific Goals, including Black, women, youth, disability, and military veteran ownership

    Only complete, responsive, and compliant quotations will be evaluated. Preference claims must be supported by documentation.
