Scope of Supply: General Office and Production Stationery

- Adhesives, staplers, hole punches, and desk accessories
- Envelopes, labels, and printing paper
Suppliers must indicate brand, model, or equivalent specification, along with unit price inclusive of VAT. Catalogues or product brochures may be attached for clarity.
Mandatory Submission Requirements
To be considered, quotations must include:
- A completed pricing schedule with quantity, unit price (incl. VAT), and total per item
- A valid SARS Tax Compliance PIN
- CSD registration number (36-digit security code required)
- B-BBEE Certificate or sworn affidavit (if applicable)
- Declaration confirming none of the directors are listed on the National Register for Tender Defaulters

Evaluation Criteria: Price and Compliance
This RFQ will be evaluated using the 80/20 Preferential Procurement system:
- 80 points: Price (lowest compliant quote receives full points)
- 20 points: B-BBEE status and specific ownership goals (women, youth, disability, military veterans)
Only complete, responsive, and compliant quotations will be considered. Artscape reserves the right to reject any or all submissions without explanation.
