- Rendering of tactical and close protection services when specifically requested by the Electoral Commission.
- Management of security incidents, emergency response coordination, and maintenance of up-to-date security registers.
- Operation of a dedicated, 24-hour security control room to facilitate immediate reporting and assistance during emergencies.
Non-Compulsory Briefing Session
While attendance is not mandatory, a tender briefing session is highly recommended for prospective bidders to gain a comprehensive understanding of the site-specific security requirements and operational expectations. The session is scheduled for Friday, 27 November 2026, at 11:00. It will be held at the Electoral Commission’s office located at 50 Monument Road, Uitsig, Bloemfontein, 9300.
