Scope of Security Services
The appointed service provider(s) will be required to deliver comprehensive, round-the-clock security solutions across designated Northern Cape sites. Key operational deliverables include:
- Deployment of a minimum of one guard per site during the day and two guards per site at night, seven days a week, including public holidays.
- Provision of armed guarding (minimum 9mm calibre firearm with two 15-round magazines), un-armed guarding, staff escorting, and vehicle patrolling.
- Supply of essential operational resources, including working communication tools (radios/cellular phones), security registers (Occurrence Books, pocket books), and transport for guards.
- Rapid incident response within a maximum of two hours, followed by the submission of comprehensive security incident reports within 48 hours.
Compulsory Briefing Session
Attendance at the virtual briefing session is strictly mandatory. Bidders who fail to attend and sign the attendance register will be automatically disqualified. The session will be held via Microsoft Teams on Thursday, 29 October 2026, at 10:00. To receive the meeting link, bidders must send a registration request via email to tendera@sentech.co.za no later than the end of business on Wednesday, 28 October 2026.

Bidders must ensure the following documentation accompanies their submission, as failure to comply will result in disqualification:
- Valid PSIRA registration for the company, directors, and a letter of good standing
- Valid NBCPSS affiliation and letter of good standing
