- A current SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN.
- A valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.

Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will undergo a rigorous two-stage evaluation. Bidders must first achieve a minimum functionality threshold based on the firm’s track record, the qualifications of the designated lead attorney, and the proposed methodology. Qualifying bids will then be adjudicated using the 80/20 preferential procurement system, allocating 80 points for price competitiveness and 20 points for specific transformation goals.
