Parliament Branded Still and Sparkling Bottled Water Supply Tender

The Parliament of the Republic of South Africa has issued an open Request for Bid (B6/2026) for the supply and delivery of Parliament-branded prepared still and sparkling bottled water. This strategic three-year, as-and-when-required contract aims to provide high-quality hydration solutions for Members of Parliament, staff, visitors, and foreign dignitaries across the Parliamentary precinct’s four restaurants.

Scope of Supply

The successful bidder will be responsible for delivering premium, branded water products that meet strict quality and packaging specifications. Key deliverables include:

  • Prepared still and sparkling bottled water in 330ml plastic bottles (100% recyclable), packed in boxes of 24.
  • Prepared still and sparkling bottled water in 500ml plastic bottles (100% recyclable), packed in boxes of 24.
  • Prepared still bottled water in 18.9-litre plastic bottles (100% recyclable).
  • Ensuring all labels strictly resemble the provided samples, with specific emblem and text dimensions for different bottle sizes.

Mandatory Requirements

To ensure product safety and compliance, bidders must submit a valid certificate or report for water chemical analysis from the South African National Standards (SANS). Parliament reserves the right to verify all information provided and may request additional pricing details for comparative evaluation purposes.

Parliament enforces strict electronic submission protocols for this bid. All proposals must be emailed exclusively to tenders@parliament.gov.za not later than the stipulated closing date and time. Late submissions will not be considered under any circumstances.
