Submission Guidelines
Bids must be sealed in an envelope clearly endorsed with the bid number (WTE-0588 CS) and description. The original bid, along with a covering letter and supporting documents, must be deposited in the bid box at the entrance of the Department of Water and Sanitation, 4-6 Alkmaar Street, Daljosaphat, Paarl, 7646. Late, telegraphic, or emailed submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Evaluation Criteria
