The Air Traffic and Navigation Services Company Limited (ATNS) invites qualified service providers to submit quotations for the supply, delivery, and execution of fencing and building maintenance services. This strategic procurement aims to secure and maintain critical infrastructure at the ATNS Wakkerstroom site, ensuring operational safety and compliance.
Scope of Services
The successful bidder will be responsible for comprehensive facility upkeep. Key deliverables include:
- Supplying and installing robust perimeter fencing.
- Executing general building maintenance and repairs.
- Ensuring all work adheres to strict occupational health, safety, and environmental standards.
Compulsory Briefing Session
Attendance at the pre-tender briefing is strictly mandatory. Bidders who fail to attend and sign the official register will be automatically disqualified from the evaluation process.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) signed reference letters from clients for similar work (building maintenance, roof waterproofing)
- CIDB Grading Level 2 or higher
- Registration with MBSA or equivalent certificate
- Qualified and Licensed Construction Manager registered with SACPCMP (minimum 5 years’ experience)
- COID compliance with valid Letter of Good Standing
- Licensed Roof Repair and Waterproofing Applicator with Department of Labour
Submission Requirements
ATNS enforces strict digital submission protocols. All bid proposals must be submitted exclusively via the official e-Submission (e-Tender) system. Proposals sent via email, fax, or physical delivery will not be accepted or processed. Bidders must ensure all administrative and mandatory requirements are fully satisfied.
