Scope of Work
The appointed facilitator will be responsible for:
- Providing effective facilitation while allowing the team to reach their own decisions
- Guiding discussions to ensure all critical issues are covered
- Documenting key discussion points, outcomes, decisions, and actions
- Producing the Annual Performance Plan 2027/28, revised Strategic Plan (if applicable), and Action Plan
Key Competencies Required
To qualify for appointment, service providers must demonstrate:
- A proven track record in facilitating corporate planning processes
- In-depth understanding of planning tools, frameworks, and policies within the public sector
- Demonstrable capability in developing planning documents

Submission and Evaluation
The bid will be evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system. Price accounts for 80 points, with 20 points allocated to specific goals including Black ownership (5 points), women equity (3 points), youth equity (2 points), disability (2 points), small business promotion (3 points), enterprises located within Limpopo (3 points), and military veterans (2 points).
